Lauren and Markie

Lauren Ash-Morgan is an actor and a member of the SSC's board since 2011, is the co-founding artistic director of the new theatre company Speech of Fire. She served as Artistic director of Seoul Shakespeare Company from 2014 through the year 2019. The producer was also, costume/set designer, composer/musician and text coach for SSC during her time as the Artistic Director of SSC. For her last year, she was a director of lighting and design for SSC's King Lear. She had directed from the group, but the year that she made her directorial debut.
